About OXO Tower Wharf:
Two views of the Oxo Tower Wharf
OXO Currently
The OXO Tower, after extensive redevelopment, was completed by Coin Street Community Builders and reopened in 1996. It is now a multi-use building, providing community housing, an up market restaurant (run by Harvey Nichols) and home to 30 small independent businesses involved in product design, jewellery, graphics and textiles.
This iconic waterside development, now known as the OXO building, has become synonymous with design activities and design related events held in the Gallery spaces. The studios have public access and are open to visitors wishing to purchase directly or discuss a commission. The building sadly lacks good signage but don't let this put you off.
Two coffee shops on the ground floor provide meeting places, both for local business people and tourists exploring the attractions of the South Banks "Cultural Mile".
